Certainly is a catch-22 situation at the Emirates. Arsenal has you have quite correctly stated, have been the better footballing side in the country for a number of season's now but have failed to land silverware for three seasons. Flamini looks set to leave possibly for Juventus in the summer and Gallas in my opinion let his team-mates down folowing Eduardo's awful injury. Looking at the bright side, if Wenger is prepared to spend this summer, i can see them bouncing back much stronger next term. The Frenchman, is the shrewdest of managers in the country yet seems reluctant to part with the wealthy transfer funds currently available to him. If Wenger can successfully build a fantastic team practically spending nothing "in which he has", it is frightening what he can do if he is willing to spend to strengthen the squad further. One decision i feel Wenger should make, that is stripping the captaincy of William Gallas, the man i believe has done little to rally his troops when the going got a bit tough for him. Despite the disappointments of this season, the Gunners will only gain strength to bounce back in some style and the future remains as bright at Arsenal as it as ever been.

at the start of the season after mr henry left no one expected arsenal to top the premier league for most of the season playing brilliant football.other than barcelona they are the most frustrating team to watch when they get near the penalty area.they seem to want to walk the ball into the net.they have been unlucky with injuries especially eduardo and van persie.in my opinion fabregas should be captain even at his tender age.im sure arsene has transfer targets to improve the team but why are most of the arsenal team linked with italian teams(flamini-juve,hleb and adebayor-inter)surely that would be a step down!i think david villa would fit perfectly into arsenals team aswell.

Thanks for the appreciation, mate. It would be even better if you could just post your comment at the end of my article at Goal.com.
