UEFA remains an organisation that lives in fear of another Bosman case.
This is interesting. What other Bosman case could it be? One that allows players from anywhere in the world at all to sign for any club in any country? That's not for the sporting laws to decide, but for a country's laws, and for the laws of any international communities that country belongs to (like the EU, for example). Why is that bad? That would allow the best players to play for the best teams, and there would still be enough good players to sign for 'lesser' clubs, even if only because they don't get to play at the 'bigger' clubs.
And in any case, it makes the workers, the players, able to decide on their future. I'll sign for Chelsea if they want me, and then, if they don't play me, I can stay and collect my wages (their mistake, not mine) or go to Bolton or Manchester City if I want to earn less but play more.
Nothing wrong with that, I say.
