Franck Ribery ist not confirmed yet but I think he will move to Bayern. Another who will most probably join Bayern is Khalid Boulahrouz from Chelsea. I don't think that Arjen Robben will come. I think the rumours are based on someone knowing that the Bayern officials are negotiating with Chelsea and thought it was about Robben, not about Boulahrouz. And if Klose comes, Makaay will most certainly leave the club.

The link doesn't work. Do you talk about the Ribery transfer? Many football sites reported the deal but not Bayern Munich themselves, that's what I mean with "not confirmed". I have no doubt that he will join Bayern.

Ok, you`re right. The deal was confirmed by OM-President, but not from Bayern. Tomorrow it will be confirmed officially.

Bayern do have finally unveiled Ribery and Luca Toni. Their squad does appear very, very impressive on paper. Shame though that they won't feature in the Champions League next season.

the new signings are proven quality but the rest of the team is the same as last year.with schalke and stuttgart having settled teams it may not be as straight forward as people think.

Ribery could be the big star to watch in Germany this season and I hope he plays for Bayern v Hanover as I will be going to the game in Aug 25th 2007

Bayern have Ze Roberto back and that could add more than something to the team in the midfield department. I thought that Bayern severely missed Ballack last season and they need to sort that particular grey area quickly.

Looks like Bayern may well miss out on Robben, with a deal to Real Madrid apparently near, but it's still looking a strong team, especially since they have already beaten all three teams who finished above them in the league last season whilst en route to winning the German League Cup. I can see them winning the UEFA Cup this year with the quality they have amassed, and they will certainly be a force to be reckoned with in the league.

It will seem strange to watch the Champions' League this season without Bayern, although it will add to the quality of the UEFA cup. I'm looking forward to seeing Klose, Toni, and especially Ribery linking together.

I hope Bayern take the UEFA Cup seriously, it will be a good chance for them to win some continental silverware.

It will also be something they can build upon and have a serious crack at winning the Champions League next season, as i'm sure they will qualify next year.

Bayern should be ONE of the favourites for the UEFA Cup and really,I too do feel kinda funny that Bayern aren't in the Champions League this time. With the teamthat they have, they should have been one of the contenders.
