Other key players: Davis (CM) - until Jan. (when went on loan to Rangers), Smertin (CM), Stefanovic (CB).
Although I was keen to see them relegated (just because they're a London club really) I thought Fulham played better than their position suggested for large parts of the season. Roy Hodgson did a great job after taking over as manager - although their survival was undeniably aided by the return to fitness of both Jimmy Bullard (out for 16 months after being injured against Newcastle in September '06) - and Brian McBride (who only missed six months!). Brede Hangeland was also a pretty good January purchase.
For the future:
Elliot Omozusi - made 8 first team starts at right back during the first half of the season. Didn't feature under Roy Hodgson though.
Matthew Briggs - a centre back whose name I noted last season because he was given a first team debut on the final day of the season despite only being a schoolboy. Played in the reserves in 2007-08.
Lewis Smith - top scorer for the U18s (or top scorer from the info. I have -which is incomplete) with 8 goals playing from a central midfield position.
Karim Laribi - Tunisian born defender & Luca Moscatiello - Italian midfielder - two players who came from Internazionale's academy last summer.
