Don't really have a club side as such, although I have a soft spot for York City. I share a lot of barney's disillusionment with modern day football. However, when I think back to the rubbish that was served up in England when long ball football ruled the roost, I think it's almost a golden era at the moment. Yes, money distorts, but it also brings many of the best players to England, which from a selfish perspective, is quite attractive.
I live in London so don't get to see many top flight matches in the flesh. It's difficult getting tickets and to be honest, I can't really justify the expense at the moment.
Music (mostly offbeat stuff), films, politics are my other interests.
You all seem like nice friendly people on here and I hope to spend more time on the board as it seems to be getting busier these days.
