Hernanes fancies Milan switch

March 27, 2008

Were you impressed with France's win over England? If so, why not back them at BestPrice 9/1 to win the European Championships for a third time this summer?

Sao Paulo midfielder Hernanes has revealed he would be interested in signing for Milan.

Hernanes is reportedly interesting Milan, with speculation claiming the Serie A club could soon make an offer for the 22-year-old.

However, the Brazilian international, who played for his country in the 1-0 friendly win over Sweden on Wednesday, is unaware of any formal interest from Milan.

"I really don't know anything about the reported interest of Milan," he said.

"I do not know if it will happen. But if it did, I would be very happy.

"It's nice to know that the work you do is being watched by important teams.

"Having the chance to play at Milan is something that makes you very proud, but, at the moment, I am committed to Sao Paulo."
