Sergio Aguero has confirmed that he will not be joining Chelsea in January, but admitted he might have to leave eventually.

The Premier League leaders have been linked with a move for the Argentinian striker with certain reports claiming they are preparing to table an offer when the transfer window opens in January.

“Chelsea couldn’t do an offer for me last summer but now has interest in me again,” said Aguero.

“I don’t know anything. I have said to my club that I am not going to move until June. After that I will see what I will do.

“At Atletico I feel like at home but if the club has to transfer me I will have to leave.

“For the moment I don’t want to think of anything other than to get us qualified for Europe.”
