Blackburn Rovers have confirmed they are in talks with Tottenham over the possible sale of David Bentley.
But chairman John Williams has told BBC Radio Lancashire the club have yet to accept a bid for the England winger.
Bentley, 23, has admitted that he could be interested in a move away from Ewood Park in a bid to further his career and enhance his international credentials.
Blackburn have already rejected bids from Tottenham and Aston Villa for Bentley who is expected to cost in the region of £17m.
