Gianluigi Buffon and Zlatan Ibrahimovic have pledged their futures to Juventus, thus dispelling speculation that they could leave Turin.

The pair have been linked with possible moves away from the club with Real Madrid reported to be keen on signing both players.

“I want to stay in Turin and win the Champions League,” said Buffon.

“I haven’t had contact with Real.”

Ibrahimovic, who was linked with a world record €70m move to the Bernabeu, has stated that he has no intention of quitting Juve.

“I’m fine here. Only staying in Turin will I have the possibility to win the Golden Ball,” said Ibrahimovic.

“Our objective next year is the Champions League.”

Meanwhile, Juventus general director Luciano Moggi has dismissed reports claiming that the club were looking to offload Alessandro Del Piero.

“We have never thought about selling Alex,” said Moggi. “He is a champion and you don’t sell champions.

“He is a great player who has given a fundamental contribution to this season’s scudetto success.”
