Fabio Capello is concerned that Juventus’ hectic schedule is having a detrimental effect on his players.
Speaking after Juve’s 1-0 win over Fiorentina on Wednesday, Capello admits the season is beginning to take its toll on the players.
“The match wasn’t easy,” said Capello.
“Fiorentina are a difficult team to beat.
“I must say that, in addition to the goal, we have had a few other chances, although in the second half the best chance was the Viola’s one.
“The big number of matches is giving us problems on a physical and mental level. We are doing good things, we are getting important results.”
