Juventus midfielder Gianluca Zambrotta has advised Italian team-mate Antonio Cassano he should leave Roma for the sake of his career.

Cassano has suffered a diffcult start to this season with Roma after reports of a series of bust-ups.

“I think the best thing for Cassano would be to leave,” said Zambrotta.

“Roma don’t seem to be the ideal club for him.”

“A team is like a family and is fundamental in maturity, especially for a young player.

“Juve, for example don’t accept similar behaviour. From what I know, Juve and Milan have a similar idea.

“You say that Juve is like a military school? Probably there are few excessive things, but in addition to this in a group there must be rules.

“For example, here with the national team, I see (Marcello) Lippi is trying to keep the same model there was at Juve.”
