The draw for the 2007-08 Champions League has taken place in Nyon, Switzerland.

It is little over a month since Milan were crowned 2007 Champions and next season’s competition, which reaches its climax in Moscow, will kick off on 17 July with the first qualifying round.

The first qualifying round draw will feature 28 teams, all of whom are domestic title-holders, while the second qualifying round draw will include a further 14 who will face the the first qualifying round winners.

The winners will advance to the third qualifying round, where they will be met by another 18 teams entering at that stage to produce 16 automatic qualifiers for the group stages.
