French striker Djibril Cisse has admitted that he will will join Liverpool this summer even if Anfield coach Gerard Houllier is sacked.
Speculation is growing that Houllier is about to be fired by Liverpool but Cisse insists he will still join the Premier League club.
“From my point of view, it does not matter if Gerard Houllier is at the club, absolutely not,” Cisse said.
“I want to wear the shirt of this club. Whatever the position of Houllier it will not change my attitude.”
