French playmaker Vikash Dhorasoo insists he is content with life in Milan, despite being unable to force his way into the first team.

Dhorasoo joined Milan from Lyon in the summer but he has yet to establish himself under Carlo Ancelotti.

The 31-year-old has not been picked in Serie A yet, but he is enjoying the experience of being at Milan.

“I stated that the worst thing that could happen was to be the 25th player at Milan,” Dhorasoo told L’Equipe.

“And that is what has happened.

“But how can that be the worst thing considering how extraordinary it is to be an Milan player?

“But I know it is difficult to explain to the French people.

“I know why I came here at my age. Six months ago, I was banned from the Lyon group for a match at Auxerre.”
