Borussia Dortmund have appointed Jurgen Rober as their new manager following the sacking of Bert van Marwijk.
The 52-year-old Rober has signed a contract through until the end of the season.
He previously had been coach at German sides Stuttgart, Hertha Berlin and Wolfsburg, but has been out of work since being sacked by Partizan Belgrade in May.
Dutchman Van Marwijk, who ha been in charge for the past two years, was sacked on Monday, paying the price for the club’s poor start to the season.
