Double centruy for Del Piero

Del Piero, who scored his first goal for the club 13 years ago, was pleased his 200th proved to be an important one.

“What does this goal mean?” Del Piero told Sky Italia.

“It means a lot of things – pride and the fact I’m bounded to this team, to this city and to these supporters.

“Then, this goal has a value of 11 points – three for today and eight for the ones we earned yesterday.

“To whom is it dedicated? Firstly to me, then to everyone who has celebrated all these 200 goals with me.”
