Jurgen Kohler has become the 10th Bundesliga coach to be fired this season after Duisburg announced his dimissal on Tuesday.

He also becomes the seocnd coach to be fired this season by the relegation threatened club. Kohler only took over in December when replacing Norbert Meier.

Duisburg, without a win in their last five matches, have slipped to second from bottom with six matches left.

Kohler was a member of the West German team that won the 1990 World Cup.
