UEFA’s Control and Disciplinary Body have suspended Arsenal striker Eduardo for two UEFA club competition matches.
The Croat was given the ban “for deceiving the referee” during the Champions League play-off second leg match on 26 August against Celtic. Eduardo international was charged by UEFA after winning a controversial penalty in the game.
This decision may be appealed against by the club or player within three working days of the dispatch of the decision.
