Man Utd & Inter Milan drew 0-0 in their last 16 first leg but Jose Mourinho has lost just 1 of 5 previous visits to Old Trafford.

Rio Ferdinand looks set to be fit for Manchester United’s Champions League tie against Inter on Wednesday.

The centre-half had been an injury concern for the second leg of the last 16 clash after limping off during United’s 4-0 FA Cup win over Fulham on Saturday.

United boss Sir Alex Ferguson admitted after the quarter-final victory that his captain was a big concern for the visit of Inter.

However, Ferdinand took part in training with United on Tuesday morning after responding well to treatment on the injury.

His availability would be a major boost for the Champions League holders, with Ferdinand to resume his partnership with Nemanja Vidic, who missed the first leg through suspension.
