Werder Bremen midfielder Torsten Frings is to hold further talks with Juventus over a possible summer move to the italian club.
Juventus are currently seven points clear at the top of Serie B and look set to return to the top-flight 12 months after being demoted for their part in the Italian match-fixing scandal.
Coach Didier Deschamps, who will soon have to beging the process of rebuilding the side in anticpation of a return to Serie A, has identified Frings as a potential target.
“I have made an appointment in Turin,” Frings told German TV programme Arena.
“I am planning to take a look around and afterwards I will make up my mind,” declared the 30-year-old Germany international after leading his team to a 2-0 away win over Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund.
