Barcelona’s Ludovic Giuly admits he is aware of speculation suggesting he could swap clubs with Lyon full-back Eric Abidal.
Reports claim that the Spanish champions want to sign France international Abidal in the summer and will use Giuly as a makeweight in the deal.
But the former Monaco player has stressed his desire to fulfil his contract at Camp Nou.
“I am aware of that possible swap,” Giuly told RMC.
“I would like to finish my contract with Barca until 2009.
“But in football you can never say never.”
