Thomas Gravesen’s agent has dismissed suggestions that the Danish midfielder could make a quick return to Everton in the summer.

Reports at the weekend claimed that Gravesen had not convinced coach Wanderley Luxemburgo that he was the man to play the holding role for Real.

With changes eexpected at the Be4rnabeu this summer, Gravesen was one of a number of players tipped to be heading for the exit doors.

However, his agent John Sivebaek, claims that Gravesen will be staying put for the foreseeable future.

“I’ve seen these suggestions, but I don’t know where it is coming from. It is total speculation,” Sivebaek stated.

“Thomas is playing well, he’s in Real’s team and I can’t see him leaving.

“Thomas is enjoying himself in Spain. He loves Real and he has been doing well and has been getting picked in the team, so I do not think he will be coming back.”
