Guus Hiddink seems to have ruled himself out of the running to become the next England manager.

The coach of Australia and PSV Eindhoven claims he has already decided who he will manage next, suggesting that he is not a candidate for the England post.

“I would be lying if I was to say I do not know where my future lies – and I hate liars,” Hiddink told the Sun.

I have already decided what I am going to do and will announce my intentions at the end of the month after this busy period for PSV.”

PSV and Australia, who Hiddink will coach at the World Cup, have both admitted that they do not expect the Dutch coach to be with them next season.

Hiddink was linked to a role with the Russian national team in February, although he denied reports that he had already signed a contract with the Russian Football Federation.
