Alexander Hleb is prepared to snub Inter in favour of a return to German club Stuttgart, according to reports in Italy.
Hleb was expected to join the Italian champions on a one-year loan deal from Barcelona, as part of the deal that saw Samuel Eto’o and Zlatan Ibrahimovic swap clubs.
But according to La Gazzetta dello Sport Hleb has insisted on a move to Stuttgart, where he spent five years as a player between 2000 and 2005.
If Hleb chooses not to move to Inter, the Italian champions will receive a cash adjustment of €5m.
