The agent of Inter striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic says his client would prefer a move to Spain rather than England.

Ibrahimovic’s future at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza is uncertain amid reports that he could look to secure an exit in the summer.

The Swede’s representative, Mino Raiola, has stated that Ibrahimovic is keen to remain at Inter, although his latest remarks are bound to reignite speculation.

Raiola told ONA FM: “Which player doesn’t like Barca? Barca have always been a spectacular club, in fact, more than a club, an institution.

“They are playing some spectacular football at the moment, they have fantastic fans and it is a fantastic city. All great players want to play for them.

“If he were to leave Italy, which would be difficult, then he would choose a high level club in Spain or England.

“At this moment in his career, he is more open to Spain. Now he is accustomed to Italy and to Southern Europe and it would be easier to settle in Spain’s climate.

“Today he is an Inter player. He has said that he does not want to think about his future, that he has a contract with Inter that he wants to respect and we shall see what happens later on.”
