Gokhan Inler has chosen to stay at Udinese, with the midfielder’s agent saying it is ‘too early’ to join Arsenal.
Switzerland international Inler had been linked with a move to Emirates Stadium, but Inler has decided to spend another season with Udinese, with reports suggesting he will extend his contract.
The player’s agent Dino Lamberti believes it is a year too soon for Inler to be making the move to the Premier League.
“We have decided that Inler remains in Udinese,” the player’s agent, Dino Lamberti, told Blick.
“Any player would want to play for Arsenal, of course, but for Inler this may be perhaps a little early. Maybe a season too early.”
