Everton have finished 5th for the last 2 seasons and Simon Hopper thinks the Toffees are good value to be near the top of the tree again this time – see his low-down on all the contenders and recommended bets here.

Juventus sporting director Alessio Secco has ruled out the possibility of David Trezeguet moving to Milan

.

Milan have expressed an interest in signing the 31-year-old French striker, but Secco has revealed that that the former Monaco forward would only move abroad if he did leave.

“Trezeguet is happy to stay, he’s working hard. We’ve never thought about parting ways but if there’s an offer we’ll talk about it,” Secco told Gazzetta dello Sport.

“At the end of last season he brought up the possibility of finding a new club … (but) we’d never give him to another Italian club.

“He’s a good player and we want to keep him but if his agent comes to us with an offer from abroad, we’ll look at it.”

No foreign player has scored as many goals for Juventus as Trezeguet, who joined the club in 2000.

However, last season he fell out of favour with then-coach Claudio Ranieri and played only eight Serie A matches, only two of those as a starter, scoring just one goal.
