Liverpool are poised to sign Spanish midfielder Francis Duran from Malaga.
The 18-year-old is expected to to sign a contract later today.
“It’s a unique opportunity and I couldn’t let it go by,” Duran told the Spanish press.
“I have spoken with Rafa Benitez and I believe that this is the best option for me,” Francis told Spanish media.
“To play in Liverpool is a dream for me and now I only desire to fight for a place at the club.”
Malaga have revealed that he will move on loan for a fee of €100,000, with a further €400,000 needed to make the arrangement permanent.
