Manchester City have completed the signing of Tel Ben Haim from Chelsea for an undisclosed fee.
The Israel international has agreed terms on a four-year deal after talks with City boss Mark Hughes.
Ben Haim only joined Chelsea last summer from Bolton but rarely featured under Avram Grant.
Hughes has been a long-term admirer of Ben Haim and has moved quickly to make the defender his first signing in Manchester.
