Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has again claimed there is no substance to the rumours linking manager Carlo Ancelotti with a move to Real Madrid.

Ancelotti signed a deal to keep him at the San Siro until 2008, but that has not dampened the speculation aboiut Ancelotti’s future.

“I’d officially like to tell our supporters that Ancelotti will remain as coach next season,” he told the Italian press.

Galliani also took the opportunity to criticise the Spanish press who held reposnsible for the constant speculation.

“The Spanish press is arrogant. They are convinced that should Real call then everyone should run to them.

“I don’t blame the club, because they have behaved well with us, but I will say that in Milan, they won’t take any of our players or our coach.”
