Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has reiterated his desire to link their playmaker Kaka with his cmpatriot Ronaldinho.

Kaka was linked with a move to Real Madrid in the summer, but the Rossoneri were determined to retain the Brazilian.

Milan owner Berlusconi said there was more chance of the club signing Ronaldinho, than allowing Kaka to leave.

“I won’t exchange Ronaldinho with Kaka,” Berlusconi said

“Anyway, should there be the possibility, we will try to sign him.

“Ronaldinho in any case would have to come to Milanello [Rossoneri’s headquarter], have all the training sessions, engage himself and show to be a player for Milan.”

Vice-president Adriano Galliani also paid tribute to former Milan star Leonardo – who originally recommended Kaka to Milan.

“I thank him because he was decisive in that negotiation in summer 2003. Now Leonardo can also present me with a few wrong players and I’ll forgive him. Kaka is a life’s insurance”, Galliani told.
