Chelsea have travelled to to Germany for tomorrow’s Champions League clash against Stuttgart without striker Adrian Mutu who misses the match through injury.
Mutu picked up a thigh strain in Chelsea’s 2-1 home defeat by Arsenal on Saturday.
However, better news for the Blues comes with expected return of goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini (groin), winger Damien Duff (heel) and striker Hernan Crespo (fever) – all of whom hope to be fit to take on the Bundesliga side.
