Livorno have appointed Fernando Orsi as their new coach.
Gaetano Salvemini was tipped to replace Daniele Arrigoni on Tuesday who was sacked on Tuesday, but club president Aldo Spinelli has turned to Orsi, who had been working as Internazionale’s goalkeeping coach.
Arrigoni was sacked after six successive defeats that saw Livorno eliminated from the Uefa Cup by Espanyol as welll as plummet down the Serie A table.
Livorno are currently 13th in Serie A.
