Sunderland haven’t won at Goodison Park since 1996 and the Black Cats head to Everton this evening – Simon Hopper previews.

Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar insists he does not know anything about reported interest from Bayern Munich.

“I only heard about this at training when Louis Saha came to me during our warm up and said ‘I heard some rumours of Bayern Munich being interested in you’. I really don’t know anything about this myself.” Pienaar told KickOff.

The German giants are reported to be considering a move for the South African as they look for a replacement for Franck Ribery who has been tipped to leave in the summer.

Pienaar is no stranger to the Bundesliga having previously played for Borussia Dortmund.

With just 18-months left on his current deal at Goodison Park Pienaar has, thus far, shunned advances of a new deal.
