Christian Poulsen is a target for four Premier League clubs, according to the agent charged by his club, Juventus, with finding him a new team.

Denmark international Poulsen is surplus to requirements at Stadio Olimpico and the Serie A outfit are hoping to sell for €7million in order to finance a move for Barcelona defender Martin Caceres.

Fulham, Tottenham and Portsmouth and West Hamhave all been linked with the 29-year-old.

Lee Anderson, the representative working on behalf of Juventus in England, told skysports.com: “We have had expressions of interest from four southern-based clubs in England.

“We are having a meeting tonight and things could be wrapped up by Monday.”

Poulsen has two years remaining on his current Juventus deal, but he is said to be willing to leave in order to secure first-team football ahead of next summer’s World Cup.
