Real Madrid have agreed a deal for Royston Drenthe in a deal that is reported to be worth worth around 13 millions euros.

Real rejected an approach from Feyenoord to take Drenthe back to De Kuip on loan for next season and the 20-year-old has signed a five-year deal.

“The player will undergo a medical in the coming days before signing a contract for five years,” said a Real statement.

Reports in Spain say Real are now waiting for Chelsea to agree a fee as they look to seal the signing of Dutch winger Arjen Robben.
