Internazionale striker Christian Vieri has admitted that two Roma players have begun pressurising him into a move to the capital club.

The Italian international, who has beoome a target for the Inter boo boys this season, had been linked with a move to Barcelona. However, the forward has admitted that Roma’s Francesco Totti and Antonio Cassano are trying to persuade him to join them at the Stadio Olimpico.

“Both Francesco and Antonio are stressing to me about Roma,” stated Vieri.

“We talk about personal things but they have said they would like me in Rome.

“I am pleased to be wanted by them, they are two great players and it would be beautiful to play alongside them.

“But for now I’m thinking only of Inter, we will have to wait and see about the future.”
