Ronaldinho will miss Brazil’s World Cup international friendly against Russia in Moscow on Wednesday after picking up an injury in Barcelona’s Champions League win against Chelsea last week.
The World Footballer of the Year played for Barcelona against Real Zaragoza on Saturday, but he had not fully recovered from the knockj he picked up in the midweek win over Chelsea and was withdrawn before the final whistle.
Ronaldinho joins Milan keeper Dida and Julio Cesar (Inter) on the sidelines for Wednesday’s game.
