Sampdoria president Riccardo Garrone has threatened to pull his side out of their game with Juventus next month.

Garrone is angry by the power wielded by the likes of Juventus, Milan and Internazionale over the current television rights, and along with a number of fellow chairmen, has threatened to boycott certain matches as a form of protest.

“Should things won’t change, we won’t enter the pitch against Juve neither will our Under 18 team.

“Juventus will arrive in the city of Genoa and will find an empty stadium.

“Juve are the side that, with Milan too, are the leaders of big clubs who forbid the medium and small sides from having the economical resources to survive.”
