Andrii Shevchenko insists he is ‘not interested’ in leaving Chelsea.

The £30million striker has struggled in the Premiership since joining from Milan last summer.

He has scored just three times in 20 league appearances and has been linked with a January move to Real Madrid.

But Shevchenko has reaffirmed his commitment to Chelsea and claims he intends to finish his career in London.

“There will be no transfer,” Shevchenko is quoted in The Sun.

“I’m a Chelsea player and I’ve got a lot vested in this club.

“I want to finish my career at Chelsea. I’m not interested in a move to Real Madrid or anyone else.

“Footballers aren’t robots who can perform their role mechanically. I’m giving everything I can.

“I plan to get my first-team place back and return to my real level of play.”
