Gus Poyet has confirmed that Totteham are interested in signing Carlos Kameni and Daniel Jarque.
Poyet, assistant to Juande Ramos at White Hart Lane, told Catalan radio that both the Cameroon international keeper and 25-year-old Spanish central defender were on a list of potential signings.
“Kameni and Jarque are very interesting players and every player that is interesting is welcome at a club like Tottenham,” he told RAC1’s ‘Primer toc’ programme.
“Both are on a long list of players that the sporting director (Damien Comolli) has and that the club is looking at to strengthen the squad.
“The decision on which players will be approached has not been taken. In the future, the matter will be resolved and decided.”
