Francesco Tavano has joined Roma on a six-month loan deal from Spanish side Valencia.
The striker completed his move after passing a medical.
Tavano, who joined Valencia from Serie A side Empoli in the summer for a fee of seven million euros, has rarely featured in the first team having failed to impress coach Quique Sanchez Flores.
