New Valencia coach Ronald Koeman has suffered a setback with the news that defender Alexis will be sidelined for around four months with a knee injury.
The 22-year-old centre back twisted ligaments in his left knee and had to be substituted after only four minutes of his side’s 2-0 away win over Real Mallorca on Saturday.
He will miss their remaining Champions League matches in Group B.
