Patrick Vieira has confirmed that he will only leave Inter in the summer and not in January, as was initially expected.

The Frenchman has made no secret of the fact that he is unhappy at the limited playing time he has enjoyed this season.

He recently admitted that he would have to leave the Serie A champions for the sake of his World Cup hopes with France in the summer, if the situation remain unchanged.

"I want to play more, but I also want to respect my deal. So in January nothing will happen," he told Tuttosport.

"I'll leave Inter in June, but I have not decided yet, should I be playing in the Premier League or in Ligue 1."
