Spain will face Slovakia in their World Cup qualifying play-off, while Turkey will meet Switzerland and Czech Republic will play Norway.

Luis Aragones’ team will play the first leg of their play-off at Atletico Madrid’s Vicente Calderon stadium on November 12 with the return in Slovakia four days later.

Switzerland who earned their play-off spot by virtue of finishing runner-up to France in the closest of all the European groups, face Turkey at home on November 12th with the return leg in Istanbul on 16th November.

Norway, who lost in the play-offs for Euro 2004, will meet the Czech Republic on home soil on November 12th before travelling to the Czech Republic for the second leg.

The winners of the three play-off games will join the 10 European teams, excluding hosts Germany, who have already qualified for the finals.

Holland, Ukraine, Italy, France, Portugal, England, Croatia and Serbia qualified as group winners, while Poland and Sweden progressed as best runners-up.
