Marseille have confirmed they have agreed to sign Inter midfielder Mancini on loan.
The Brazilian has been out of favour at the San Siro this season, with just two starts and five substitute appearances, and is thought to be keen on the switch.
The two clubs have been in negotiations in recent weeks but talks hit An obstacle last weekend, which threatened to scupper the move.
However, with an agreement now reached, Mancini is expected to agree terms which will see him spend six months in France as he bids to play his way back into the Brazil national squad ahead of the 2010 World Cup.
