Jermaine Jenas has completed his £8m move from Newcastle to Spurs.

The 22-year-old was released from England duty to undergo a medical and guarantee the switch was completed before the transfer deadline.

Newcastle have been resigned to losing Jenas since he admitted he was unhappy at St James’ Park.
