Here’s your daily round-up of the latest transfer gossip from World Soccer.

Could Haaland be Aguero’s replacement at City?

Sergio Aguero has entered the last six months of his contract at Manchester City, and is now free to talk to other clubs regarding a potential move in the summer. It still remains to be seen whether or not The Citizens offer their all-time leading scorer a new deal, but it seems they are already on the lookout for a replacement for the 32-year-old striker.

According to the Daily Mail, The Citizens are lining up a £100 million bid for Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland. Even though he’s got a clause in his contract that makes him available for £66 million in 2022, Pep Guardiola is unwilling to wait that long to land one of his top targets.

Where would Aguero go next?

If Aguero was to leave Manchester City, there’s unlikely to be a shortage of clubs who’d be willing to take him on. One club who have been linked with the 32-year-old is Barcelona. However, according to Cadena SER, Aguero would be less keen on a move to the Nou Camp if his international team-mate Lionel Messi was to move on.

West Ham not giving up on En-Nesyri

West Ham United’s pursuit of Sevilla’s Youssef En-Nesyri was well-documented in January, but The Hammers weren’t able to get a deal agreed with the La Liga outfit. However, according to the Daily Star, David Moyes remains keen on signing the 23-year-old striker, and they’ll be making another bid for him at the end of the season.
