Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann, who has come in for growing criticism in recent months has confirmed that he has no intention of quitting.

Klinsmann has come under mounting pressure in recent weeks as Germany’s form has dipped.

Klinsmann has also faced criticism over his decision to remain in the USA.

On Tuesday, Klinsmann is attending a meeting with Bundesliga leaders to clear the air.

“It’s important to describe for the league our concrete concept up to the World Cup,” he said referring to the tournament which is being held in Germany. “We’re happy to get this chance.”

Speaking about whether he had considered quitting, he said, “No, that’s not an issue.

“We’re still having far too much fun, and we’re still full of engagement and passion about our aims. We’re not going to let anyone take that away from us.”
