Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has confirmed that the club will atttempt to arrange a permanent deal for Hernan Crespo in the summer.

The Argentian has spent the season on loan at Milan although there have been suggestions that he will return to Chelsea next season.

Crespo has admittted that he would prefer to remain in Milan and Galliani has now confirmed that the two clubs are looking to reach agreement.

”It will depend on Chelsea,” said Galliani. ”We know for him it will be a really appreciated gift.

”We will try to satisfy him in every way.”
